We're all best friends.

Having met a lifetime ago at a previous job, we’ve always remained close and our paths continually crossed as we individually pursued career paths:

Ben a marketing specialist in the building materials industry, James starting a production company, and Kristian establishing a freelance branding and design business. In 2018, Ben decided to get the band back together in his newly established marketing department at a luxury wood brand. Within a year, all at full-time status, our marketing efforts doubled the company's sales.

Five years later, we sat a table deciding our future: continue on our current path or embark on an entrepreneurial adventure? Needless to say we chose the latter and Pearl MF was founded in July 2023.
